Thermeta Service BV condensers are secondary heat exchangers that excel in efficiency and lifespan as they are manufactured from high-quality aluminium in our own factory. The usual corrosion problems with condensers are not present with the Thermeta Service BV condenser and the efficiency is very high thanks to the strong heat-conducting characteristics of aluminium.

DThe flue gas condenser is used for cooling hot flue gases from a combustion process that normally are discharged through the chimney. In this process the heat of the flue gases is transferred to the water that flows through the flue gas condenser. This considerably reduces the loss of heat/efficiency in a simple way.

Also dependent on the flue gas temperature after the boiler, the inlet water temperature of the flue gas condenser and the water flow rate, an efficiency improvement of even 15% can be obtained.

The Thermeta Service BV flue gas condenser is among other things applicable in combination with ground/floor heating, a low-temperature heating system, a return water heating boiler, boiler supply water from a steam boiler and other systems that are or can be supplied at a relatively low temperature.
